(The coolest groom there ever was)

Eat, Drink and Be married,…

Hey Guys…
The date has been set and we would love you to come,
to celebrate our wedding, a long way for some,
All you must do now is, decide what to wear,
then polish your shoes and jewellery, and comb up your hair.

While all we really want for our wedding is your presence and blessings,
lets try something you may have not witnessed.
Many of our guests have inquired,
for a gift idea to be inspired.
Don’t go out shopping or get yourself stressed,
don’t alter your plans for prewedding rest,
If you want to be generous, despite what we’ve said,
then save all the hassle and do this instead…

We have created a wish-list on Formyshaadi, a gift registry portal.”

Whilst most men remain aloof during their nuptials, this groom spear headed his wedding registry- making him officially the coolest groom and fiancé in the world!

Abhishek and Devyani, are childhood sweethearts who fatefully became life partners a few moons back, and like their story, their personalities are super fun and unique too. Whilst most men remain aloof during their nuptials, this groom spear headed his wedding registry- making him officially the coolest groom and fiancé in the world!

Abhishek learned about the existence of For My Shaadi, from his beloved sister and was immediately interested in creating a registry for his wedding. His wise decision was only aided by his former experience of using the registry system to get his friends gifts that they’d love; and seeing the convenience of it all.

Once he’d convinced Devyani to hop on the registry wagon; the two chose their dream gifts and were good to go. Their friends and relatives were only too happy to subscribe to this convenient method of gifting that ensured the couple’s appreciation and happiness.

When asked, Abhishek said that, the availability of a wedding gift registry in India is a blessing for newly weds and their guests! Where the couple can register for gifts they’d love; their guests can easily purchase or chip in, for a gift that they’re certain, would be loved.
